Camera is ready to use for capturing images.

Camera AF lens has attained optimal focus

Captured data is ready - call CCameraEngine::ReleaseImageBuffer() after processing/saving the data (typically, JPG-encoded image)

Parameters:
aData Pointer to a descriptor containing a frame of camera data.
